About

Hello. I’m Toni, a UK trained early years educator, researcher, pedagogical consultant, and a parent ‘in dialogue with Reggio’.

Originally from the UK where I trained in Applied Child Psychology (MSc) and Early Years Education (Dip., MA), I moved to SEA with my husband to teach internationally in 2014. We now live in Singapore with our two daughters, Althea (3.5) and Ottilie (2). By day I am a reggio-inspired home educating parent and by evening I am pedagogical consultant and researcher, reconceptualising early childhood education.

The Reggio Parent is a space where I document my families reggio-inspired parenting and home education journey. I am passionate about sharing pedagogy with parents, caregivers and educators and fostering a community where we can open up dialogue about how we might translate the fundamental principles of the Reggio Emilia approach into our own homes.
